Renovation & Addition: La Grange, IL

This full interior and exterior renovation of an existing 1910 Four-square / Prairie style home included a new wrap-around front porch, new 3-season room, new Family Room and Mud Room, attached 3-car garage, and Recreation Room. The existing third floor was renovated, and dormers were added, to create two additional bedrooms. Circo Architects, Inc. added a midwest Prairie motif to the exterior to give the home an identity and to unite existing portions of the home with new elements. The home was featured on a housewalk in 2008.
