Renovation & Addition: Riverside, IL

This 1950s era, one-story ranch house was getting a bit small for a family of four. Circo Architects reconfigured the existing floor plan to provide a larger Living Room, Den, Mud Room, and open Kitchen / Dining Room. A new, open stairway connects the existing house with the new second-story addition. The second story contains two standard Bedrooms, Hall Bathroom, a Master Bedroom / Master Bath suite, and a Laundry Room. The exterior siding material on the addition is cementboard, providing a quality look, while remaining virtually maintenance-free.
