Renovation & Addition: Riverside, IL

The homeowners saw the potential in this ‘30s-era Art Deco home, yet wanted to add their own, contemporary flair. Circo Architects, Inc. provided an open plan by removing several interior walls, creating a flowing space. The existing garage was converted to a Family Room, a second-story Master Bedroom was added, and the exterior materials were modified using smooth-coat stucco and stained cedar.
